        Responsibilities: 
         - 
           Manage all aspects of manufacturing, production, and  repair of Elwood hydraulic products.
         
 
           - Manage and participate in projects that improve production associate productivity, quality and safety by improving manufacturing process methods and systems, thus reducing product cost and improving operator work environment.
 
           - Assist in resolving manufacturing process and method problems.
 
           - Design and implement new manufacturing methods that improve the following:
 
             productivity, operator effectiveness, quality and safety. 
           - Analyze engineering designs, procurement procedures, method's machine utilization, process mapping, handling methods, tool design and application looking for cost reduction and higher throughput opportunities.
 
           - Follow established company policies and procedures.
 
           - Maintain a safe, organized and clean workplace.
 
           - Any other duties as assigned by the general manager. 
 
                    
         Requirements:  
         
           - Must have       excellent English communication skills both written and spoken; 
 
           - Must have       an engineering degree plus a minimum of 5 years of experience, or more then 10 years of relevant experience without an engineering degree. 
 
           - This is an american company where managers are expected to lead by example, as such this position requires  active participation in assembling and manufacturing  product.
 
          
         Compensation: Commensurate  with education and experience. 
         Note: The successful candidate will be sent to the USA for approximately one month of training.
